Return & Refund Policy

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY (30 DAYS)
At Baglory, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Returns are accepted only if the item meets all eligibility conditions mentioned below.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details provided at checkout, including shipping address and contact information, are complete and accurate.
Baglory is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers are also responsible for following the correct return process. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Only returns authorized by our team will be accepted.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Once verified, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY (NO EXCHANGE AVAILABLE)
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product (for example, due to size, color, or preference), you will need to:
- Initiate a return request for the original item (if eligible), and
- Place a new order separately for the desired product
This ensures faster processing and accurate fulfillment of all orders.
6. RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge any restocking fees. Approved returns will be processed without additional deductions.
7. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 10 business days after approval
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider
8. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund if clearly marked as final sale or promotional items at the time of purchase.
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply or adjust discounts after an order has been placed.
10. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or defective item).
